You dont have to have tons of range as a power forward. His mid range game will get better.

I'm guessing he is roughly the same size as Elton Brand and Carlos Boozer, and those guys are MUCH better than 13/8 guys.

And Griffin, I think, has a more polished post game than both of them did in college. Griffin's footwork and moves in the post are pretty sick.
