I take my Iced Tea unsweetened. For the most part in Texas, every restaurant is required by the masses to carry Iced tea. But in most restaurants they only carry unsweetened. The exception to the rule is BBQ places which require sweet tea, and southern and home cooking restaurants.

How do y'all take your Iced Tea?

Sweet

I hate in Tx or anywhere else when you get unsweetened and try to mix in the sugar and get that granular taste

O’Darlin!

Sweet Tea is the House Wine of The South!

The sugar must be added to the fresh brewed tea as it comes out of the kettle so it dissolves completely and becomes 1 with the tea. Then Ice is added.

If people (Yankees) can not take it “full strength” then they should ask for half & half. This is half pre-pared sweetened and un-sweet.

Unsweetened, if I'm going to drink sweet tea, I might as well order Kool-Aid.

Half and Half always.
It seems that many people like their sweet tea to have a syrup consistency and I just can't do it like that. When I was a teenager maybe, now not so much.
