absolutely perfect year to hit FA. nobody will sign with the bucs and they have $60M in cap room
they have to spend money to hit the league minimum in salary. i'm guessing this is pretty much the only reason he got this deal. he's been pretty terrible for tampa, and i don't think he had 500 yards receiving last year

He caught a touch down against the Saints a few years ago... thats worth .75 cents.
