I lived in both Baton Rouge and Morgantown. There is no comparison in which is a better place to live. Baton Rouge is a major dump. Morgantown was much better. Nothing compares to the passion that Baton Rouge has for LSU, but WVU fans are the closest you will find to SEC fans. If I had to choose between a better place to live, Morgantown wins handsdown.
