I've lived in both Baton Rouge and Morgantown. As far as comparing the two areas there is no comparison. Baton Bouge is MUCH more of a dump than Morgantown. WVU fans are as close to SEC football fans as there is. I loved living in both places, but if I had to move to one or the other, no question I'd choose Morganton in a second.
