both schools are great. The stuff about racism is total crap. this is probably coming from jealous football fan's who's school can't compete at the level of WM. Crap, if West Ouachita had a great winning legacy, some idiot would be claiming WO was a racist school.

Nah, but it is the biggest drug school in the area. EVERYONE I've met from WO did drugs.

I graduated WM in '07 and that is all I ever heard about WO was all the drugs

actually I was one who put flag up senior year that thing was knotted and had gease or oil on knotted chain and u couldn't do anything but back then it was an every year thing with flag during wm/nhs week wm students would drive flag waving vehicles down the road between stadium and school neville would block road with their vechicles and wouldn't let them leave and would egg cars that was some fun times

These West Monroe students may be "close nit", but they obviously do not read very well.
The comment was that "West Monroe is an extraordinarily insular and racist COMMUNITY".
Perhaps the high school, and "Mr. WM" (whatever that Olympian status might suggest) fares better than the community as a whole.
There are white flight communities all over the state and the south. None I've visited are as miserably intolerant and insecure as W. Monroe

West Monroe is just like every other city in the south. Were not damn Jena or whatever the city is called that had all the race problems. We dont have any racial problems in west monroe you dumb frick. I dont know what your problem is with our town but you have no proof of any of the shite your saying. If education plays any part in the decision, then West Monore would get that vote. West Ouachita is a good school but West Monroe always has higher school scores. Granted the scores aren't vastly different. All just FYI.

Your area continues to be a stronghold for Klan membership and your white precincts were always among the highest for David Duke. Your problems in this area are persistent and your civic leaders like it fine that way.
Can any of you WM apologists create a post without spelling, grammar or punctuation errors?
