Trying to think of one of the songs that they play between innings at the baseball games at the box but I cannot think of it to save my life...who knows what they are?

Its baseball...The music is supposed to be like that. It's not about playing todays Top 40.

Well, beat the drum and hold the phone - the sun came out today!
We're born again, there's new grass on the field.
A-roundin' third, and headed for home, it's a brown-eyed handsome man;
Anyone can understand the way I feel.

Oh, put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Look at me, I can be Centerfield.

Well, I spent some time in the Mudville Nine, watchin' it from the bench;
You know I took some lumps when the Mighty Casey struck out.
So Say Hey Willie, tell Ty Cobb and Joe DiMaggio;
Don't say "it ain't so", you know the time is now.

Oh, put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Look at me, I can be Centerfield.

Yeah! I got it, I got it!

Got a beat-up glove, a homemade bat, and brand-new pair of shoes;
You know I think it's time to give this game a ride.
Just to hit the ball and touch 'em all - a moment in the sun;
(pop) It's gone and you can tell that one goodbye!

Oh, put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Look at me, I can be Centerfield.

Oh, put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;
Look at me, I can be Centerfield.

Yeah!

Because you asked for songs, plural ... Here are some of the other songs you would have heard before games and between innings at the Box the past few years. They are not all baseball songs, but they are songs they've played at the games:

"Cheap Seats" Alabama
"Crash" Dave Matthews Band
"Wave on Wave" Pat Green
"All Star" Smash Mouth
"It's All Been Done" Barenaked Ladies
"Cheeseburger in Paradise" Jimmy Buffet
"Fins" Jimmy Buffet
"Brown Eyed Girl" Jimmy Buffet
"I Wanna Talk About Me" Toby Keith
"How Do You Like Me Now" Toby Keith
"Jump Around" House of Pain
"Back Home in Omaha" Todd Thibaud
"Thunderstruck" AC/DC
"Evenflow" Pearl Jam
"Enter Sandman" Metallica
"Walk of Life" Dire Straits
"Omaha" Counting Crows
"Talkin' Baseball" Terry Cashman
"Boys of Summer" Don Henley

Other people have mentioned other songs. I'll add more when I think of them.

* Editing my post to show that some people posted songs on my list while I was typing it up.

I was gonna bring up the Jimmy Buffet songs, I am a huge Parrothead, and they could play his songs all day and it would be just fine. 5 o-clock Somewhere with Alan Jackson and Jimmy would be a great addition also!
