Don't know about the Walmart.
Google "Longwood Village Baton Rouge". That will give you an idea on what is proposed to be developed on the open land between the homes and Nicholson.
If that happens, I would think that would mean good things for property values.

The Longwood Village development sounds very interesting, but everything I could find on it was around 2 years old. I’m somewhat skeptical that it will happen in the current economic environment.
