the wal mart project is still on (WBRZ had it on last night) and it's going to be a super wal mart not the smaller neighborhood one

Oh well, I was still holding out hope for a neighborhood Walmart. I guess it won’t affect property values too much except for the homes very close to the Walmart. If that school project turns out to be true, I would imagine that it would easily offset any damage to property value the Walmart would cause.
