could Rocky be using TOPS to pay for school so LSU can save a scholarship for someone else?
Didnt Gerry D, Saban try this with a few players? Let TOPS pay for school and the players counted as walk-ons.

TOPS or not you still count against the 85.

I believe a TOPS scholarship covers from 1,200 to 1,400, somewhere in that range, depending on your ACT score. LSUs tuition is well over 2,000 for a full time student.
