It's still am interesting decision. He's a drop-back/pocket QB, which is the exact opposite of the profile that Les says that he wants (and definitely contrasts with Shep).

Hard to see how he fits into the system that Les is putting together, but I hope that he finds what he's looking for at LSU.

i dont think alot of you realize how close these "drop back passers" are to playing.. these guys that like to take off and run ie JJ/RS are playing on borrowed time.. sooner or later odds are a knee or an ankle will get em, always seems to happen, makes it even worse both of thse guys are young and have a lot of pt in front of them. ... In RS's case being under 6 foot and under 200 lbs certianly does not decrease his chances.

Then why would we recruit him if we don't want him.
