These teams should match up pretty well with each other. State has won 5 straight games, and LSU is coming off 2 impressive victories against South Carolina and Ole Miss. Tonight's game is very important for a couple of reasons: 1) It has huge implications in SEC West race 2) Their will be a nice turnout by the fans, and LSU needs to put on a good showing so they will come back. Stro, I couldn't agree more. This game is huge. The biggest part is probably for fan support. You win this game and it pushs you forward for the rest of the SEC season. We must hold Home Court.
This is going to be a war. We need to lock down the perimeter and hope that MSU's shots are just a little off. We need CJ to come up big tonight.
I'm also encouraged by the way T.Martin and QT have played of late.
