I was standing in the doorway when Iowa scored. My wife was trying to get me going out to eat with her parents. of cours eafter the game I said.

still bitter after all these years. Losing to the Big Ten

Yeah, I know what you mean. I think just about all of LSU's losses to Big Ten teams could have been easily been avoided--the Iowa last-play loss in 2005 comes to mind, of course...a crazy loss to Indiana in the late 1970s...two games blown in the last-minute against Ohio State in the late 1980s (fortunately, one of those games ended in a tie rather than a loss, but LSU had the ball on OSU's 3-yard line with seconds remaining and then still nearly lost it after a long interception return)...
