if your a student it's easier, alot of concession workers are students (and volunteers or charity/fund raising groups), grounds crew will be more difficult, I'm one of I think four student workers within Athletic Facility Maintenance (the grounds crew)

I know nothing about event staff except that it'll be really really hard to get in as event staff because it has been the same people since skip and I doubt they'll give up their spot
