For some reason, I cannot add avatars or sig pics under my account. I used to be able to, but cannot any longer. Is there a switch one of you admins can flip to help me out with this?

that's pretty funny query for the Admins:
can I utilize the full 60k as I see fit or do I "have to" split it into 30k/30k?
does having the full 60k in an avatar really hamper the system?
