I read an interview where Ali said that any white man who tried to have sex with a black Muslim woman would be killed.

Would it be OK if the head of the KKK said any black man who has sex with a white woman would be killed?

I think they already say that, or at least they did back then. Emmett Till got killed for supposedly whistling at a white woman.

I got news for you, in those days black man were killed for staring at white women, but the point I'm trying to make is you could not take him serious, he said shite like that to frick with the white man
