He is a DL coach and a recruuiter at UT. That is it. He doesn't have to game plan, make decisions or make in game adjustments. For what UT hired him for he is one of the best in cfb.

So will I. A few on the current staff fall into that category. (McCarthy and Lane) Great recruiters are nothing but the college football version of used car salesmen.....
