Seeing today what another head coach did at Ole Miss.....

He is a great recruiter and an above average DL coach.

If you noticed, OM's DL is one of the best in college football. That is why we wanted him.

Orgeron is a better coach than Lane Kiffen. UT fans have no way to argue against it. O would have had a successful year at Ole Miss this year. They may not have made the Cotton Bowl but he has assembled some great talent. Snead makes all the difference in the world for that team.

Lane Kiffen = worst hire in the SEC in a long time. Throwing this money around for the staff only proves this point even further.
Kiffen was the OC at USC with more talent than any college team in history. Goes to Oakland and is a failure. Team immediately improves once he leaves.
So UT has hired a college OC who had success with some of the best college players EVER.
Totally unproven. Somehow his miserable tenure in Oakland legitimized him as a HC.

Oh wait, they have ole Monte to make things right. Nevermind that his defense requires extrememly skilled players whos full time job is to learn a defense and is designed to play against Pro set offenses (which hardly any team in college uses these days).
