I am Garmin based also, mine says 48-49. Hoping it is pretty accurate as I wear a Polar chest strap to run/ride.
I am 50 years old and trying to get the 3x50.
50 VO2 max
50 HRV-this one seems to be the toughest as I usually average low 40s
50 Resting HR, Garmin shows between 47-51 depending on the week
No clue how accurate the Garmin measurements are and I do not care enough to go get it accurately measured at a doctor's as I doubt it would change anything.
