quote:Subtle, “my fiancé owns a house inside the Loop” brag.
I'm at my Fiancé's house in Harris County inside the Loop and trees down on the house and car.
Well done, sir.

Questionable brag… check back in 15 years and let us know if it was a brag or a plea for help haha.

I’m in Timbergrove. Looks like a bomb went off. Oak limbs down all over. My street is blocked. Mature trees were uprooted all around me. I lost my chimney. The neighborhood sure looks different this morning without those live oaks. But none of my neighbors were hurt, thank God

Sorry to the baws with damage.
Anybody that owns a sxs and not a gas chainsaw should lose their man card.

Damn, man....Sorry to hear that. That must have been the tornado warned storm that also affected the Baytown area? Been an active storm week, indeed.....

Anyone know how Magnolia / backend of The Woodlands area faired last night? I had to come to Louisiana last night for something today and still fairly new to the area and don't know a lot of people around us yet.
House is literally about as far back in The Woodlands you can go, would really consider it more Magnolia.

I believe it. I’m in oak forest and it got wild for a few.

Buy a chainsaw and clean it up like a man?
I know that’s not common these days

My buddy that lives about halfway back off Woodlands Parkway said they didn’t get it nearly as bad as the city center. He sent me pictures of numerous windows blown out on downtown high rises, and my daughter-in-law’s friends that have lived there for years said it was way worse than Harvey and other recent hurricanes, just all compressed into a 30 minute time period.

I'm blocked in on 3 out of the 4 streets where my house is. Massive trees uprooted and off in road in the Heights

What a dick comment. You don’t know the severity of this guys situation.
Cutting a tree 6” diameter is much different than 24” diameter on your roof. No shame in getting professionals involved

Who else got smoked by the Tornado in Houston?
Centerpoint got smoked and many of us are suffering because they are still smoking badly.
