Is air coming out of any vents? If it works on say defrost or floor but not the center vents, it's more than likely an actuator motor. They control the doors that direct airflow.

It’s coming out of all of the other vents except for the ones facing the driver and the passenger. This seems to be the case whether it’s the heater, defrost or the A/C.
