Sure fire potential all stars? Probably not. But those sure fire all star guys from every draft usually don't reach all star level anyways. Most of these guys will need to go to the right team with the right fit and development to maximize their potential which can exceed their draft potential. I only trust a hand full of teams in the league that can develop well enough for that possibility.
