Fantastic. Give me your thoughts on the rulings of the US 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court?

Which rulings in particular? The rulings that there were violations of state election laws and rules in Penn and Wisconsin? I've discussed Wisconsin's ruling before. I find it interesting. It is similar to the recent Georgia Election Board rulings though, fraud wasn't found in those court cases, only that there were troubling violations found.

The Campaign's delay in raising these issues was unreasonable to the extreme

To the extent we have not made this clear in the past, we do so now. Parties bringing election-related claims have a special duty to bring their claims in a timely manner... The issues raised in this case, had they been pressed earlier, could have been resolved long before the election.

The time to challenge election policies such as these is not after all ballots have been cast and the votes tallied

Fantastic. Please post the last time before 2020 that a Presidential candidate won the bellwether counties that Trump did and lost the election.

It's never happened before. Is this proof of fraud? Do statistical anomalies happen in elections? Would changing the way we vote in elections affect turnout and therefore move Democrat's ballot harvesting efforts away from bellwether counties and cause them to abandon the old style get out the vote campaigns?

After that we can go into the statistical possibility of the comeback made post 3am in several states.

We can talk about states that counted votes past midnight? Can't wait. Although I hate to tell you but states counting votes isn't proof of fraud either.

You can't watch an election take place in a totally new way and then compare how and when votes are counted, which bellwether counties are won, without taking into account the affect of a completely new system. We probably shouldn't have shut the country down, given Democrats the money to fund their vote by mail scheme and allowed them to either change rules at the last minute or ignore rules and laws or work with them to change those rules and laws... but we did and here we are.

You should read the actual rulings.

No standing was the rulings before the election. So if you can’t file a complaint before or after, when can you file?

Nope. But it sure is evidence of its likelihood.

Again. I was speaking to statistical anomalies.
