Light green patches in Bermuda grass?

These light green patches showed up pretty much overnight.
Any ideas what is causing this? There are several similar spots in my yard.
No herbicides have been applied.
Three weeks ago I over seeded with Royal Bermuda seed. Added fert 24-0-4 three days ago and watered in.
Is this the new grass seed coming in or effects of maybe concentrated fertilizer?
It’s strange that it’s in spots. Some 5’ sections and some 1’ sections. It’s also shorter than the surrounding existing Bermuda. Like it’s stunted. No sod worms moths.
If it’s the new seed then it’s strange how it’s so sparse and spotty since I spread evenly across the yard with a spreader. Same with fert.
Ronk, any thoughts?

Possibly helminthosporium. Are you sure that nothing else got on the lawn?

You sure the fertilizer went down evenly?
