It ain't because they are in interment camps....its because they have socialized medicine including mental health and addiction recovery. They still have homeless people and panhandling though.....

We really should adapt the idea and apply it to certain groups....like Baptists, for example.

We really should round them up and put them in some sort of camp and force them to perform work on things that need doing. It is a shame we can't criminalize being insane and broke and just shoot the bastards on site. When we get rid of all those sick bastards we could move on to cancer clinics and do the same thing....pretty soon there would only be nice, decent, healthy folks without all manner of disgusting illnesses. It is entirely in the purview of the state to decide who does and does not have a right to exist based on any criteria we as a society deem worthy....it is kind of the definition of a free people, to grant the state the power to remove the sick and poor from our sight...it is grand idea and has always worked out for a civilization.
You sound ill yourself.

Which cities in the world have the worst/nastiest homelessness? I vote of course San Francisco, Tenderloin neighborhood...

we definitely dont stack up to the major cities in the US. But the homeless problem in wichita is surprisingly awful.

Voluntary work camps in remote areas where they can make enough money to get back on their feet, if they choose.

Jail if they are criminals, addicts, or refuse to get their life together.

Send them across the southern border if you don't want to do that.

Guilty of a heinous crime? Wood chipper.

We got options

They’ve cleaned it up a bit but Austin got completely out of control for a while.

Its definitely better in New Orleans than it was.

It was INSANE for awhile after covid with giant bum camps that were becoming literal small towns.

They have been making an effort to get rid of them, in preparation for next year's Super Bowl of course.

Hitler was by no means the first person to do a camp. Maybe he’s the trope codifier, but they were done for a good 10,000 years before he was even born.

has Europe cleaned up since Covid? In 2016, Paris was full of bums and Syrian refugees. Dublin was full of bums, too.

Paris is unfortunately still full of migrants, same for Rome. A lot of Africans I’ve noticed, and they’re quite aggressive

Texas is done. The rural areas wont be able to stave off the blue haired clowns that rushed there the last 5 years. Austin will be LA by 2030 and Houston

I think Austin will mostly be fine as long as a republican governor is in office. He lives downtown and doesn’t like to see that shite. Austin is till relatively clean since the ordinance passed banning camping, but it’s creeping back…

Just another position the left took, and defends without reason. It's can't be good to let these often mentally ill people linger out there.

As long as they keep legalizing more drugs, I think it will continue to get worse.
