That one will be remanned back down to DC court judge and she will decide that specifically trump was not acting in official duties
Trump will then appeal to DC appeals , they’ll agree again with Dem hack judge
Then trump will appeal again to scotus which they will agree to here but will be after election
No chance …absolutely 0 that case goes to trial before election
And of course when/if trump is elected charges will be dropped by new justice department
