The Japanese decided to have this fight on a Monday.

Honestly I would be so down for a Inoue vs Lomachenko/Tank catchweight mega fight. He really might have to keep moving up like Pacquiao to get a true challenge.

No. 'Catchweight' fights cheapen the sport there is something like 18 damn divisions now pick one and fight at the actual limit. There is zero need for a 'catchweight' fight with 18 divisions unless you are trying to weight drain your opponent.

Well I mean they would have to, in order to do a fight with Tank. Can't expect Inoue to go to 140 and can't expect Tank to drop to 130... so it would have to be 135 ish.
Loma wise they could probably just do it at 130 honestly.

That's the Lightweight division limit so wouldn't be a 'catchweight' fight.
There's zero reason to do 134, 136, 137 etc. They can pick from 130, 135, or 140 and fight at the actual division limit.

In a perfect world I would agree but you know how Tank’s crew is… they will fight for every pound.
