The National Bolivarian Armed Forces are the Armed Forces of Venezuela not Bolivia. Venezuela's military is named in honor of Simon Bolivar, the Venezuelan General who led the fight for South and Central American independence from the Spanish Empire. The OP must not have read the entire article before posting.
