Diversity of thought is important at times, race or gender should have nothing to do with that at all.
Progressive "diversity" is forced radical multiculturalism, not diversity.

I think even multiculturalism, conceptually, is too generous a term.
It implies cultural blending, which they don’t want. They favor exclusive native barrios that squeeze out traditional American culture- which ironically is historically blended multicultural.
