I'd be open to going, but it intimidates me a bit as well.
I have no idea why, but I have always been weird about nontraditional formats of dining. Hibachi tables, sushi bar, Melting Pot, Texas de Brazil..

It can definitely be weird having a bunch of plates with raw meat all on the table.
