I've had Ohn in Houston a couple times and enjoyed it, so I know I ilke Korean food. Just haven't had the bbq or hotpot. I guess w/ the hotpot it's just trial and error to find a combination of ingredients that taste good?

I'd be open to going, but it intimidates me a bit as well.
I have no idea why, but I have always been weird about nontraditional formats of dining. Hibachi tables, sushi bar, Melting Pot, Texas de Brazil..
