First time can be overwhelming with the sides items they bring. But it’s just grilling the meat at the table and eating it with rice, dipping sauce, sides. Usually waitstaff can cook for you if you want. With the The hot pot, you throw in your meat, veggies, cook it, and then eat it with noodles. It’s like a big pot of ramen except better.
