Ok, but wouldn’t whoever did control it want to make more money? It’s like the modern CEO has completely lost any ideas besides “charge more”

It's more on the vendors locked into contracts that dictate the prices at most stadiums

Their new stadium has a ton of stands and is able to handle the volume. Superdome, for example, is pretty darn tight in the concourses. I do like the supermarket / convenience store model where you can pick whatever and then checkout.
