yep, in this case he was killed in the shootout so they won't release the description (not an active hunt) or name until the next of kin is notified. That explains why the LEO didn't provide the "Coulter Rule" info.


HOWEVER, the press wasn't that interested. Local press always seems to be johnny on the spot in some cases, completely disinterested/locked out in others. So Coulter Rule still applies.

The next of kin was participating in the shootout right alongside him.

I think we can waive that rule.

Total BS. His next of kin were in the house when his sorry arse got sent straight to hell. No notification needed.
