Damn near every public school in the city has a F rating. Woodlawn might be a D. What exactly are they getting in return with the current level of funding?

Where in the hell do they not only want to maintain current funding, but also get an increase in funding from?! Keep St. George and tax them more?
Last paragraph claims they have access to excellent education currently, proving the NAACP is not actually worried about the education black kids get.

Free breakfast and lunch. If participating in sports, they get an additional 500 calories per day. Basically an elaborate daycare where the bar is so low that grades and academics is an afterthought.

Their pockets have lost an inch therefore it's racist. Honestly I hope there is change.
