And let the natives keep the land? Or only allow the first colonists to inhabit the land? Or just any Northern Europeans? Importing slaves and indentured servants kind of threw a ranch in your utopia.

You seem to be confusing some tribes that occupied the continent of North America until they were conquered/purchased and colonized into the United States. The post clearly states his wishes regarding the United States. It’s clear what the founders thought.

Likewise using Ottomans, Mongols, Spanish Empires on current discussions of national sovereignty and the like are equally as ignorant.

My youngest son has lived there going on 7+ years. Married a beautiful Japanese girl & is now the proud father of 2 young girls. He teaches English to Japanese children, both sexes ( only 2 over there) & he is constantly being pushed by parents to push their children more & more. Their high school level students are taught by college professor-level teachers. There are no progressive agendas to do away with math or standardized testing. The birth rate is seriously shrinking, one possible main reason being that Japanese children live & stay with their parents till the parents' death. No real reason to move out, make good money & raise a family. Mom & Dad papa-san will take care of them. As for immigration increases, there will have to be serious changes to Japan's visa requirements as unlike here, visa time lengths are closely monitored & strict.
