This was talked about some time ago - they are trying to tie the hands of the next president(s). A president that threatens to stop this they'll threaten with impeachment. I can't see how they can do this unless they make it into a treaty which will require Congress. Even then, such a one-way agreement isn't really a treaty, it's just fleecing and that has no legal weight.

You can count on Mike Johnson to make sure this gets pushed through in the House. He is the most important Democrat on the Hill right now.

Also, Ukraine won't have any people to fight in 10yrs, probably won't have any people left by the end of this year. This is straight up money laundering and betrayal of the American People once again.
