The City won’t be in the school business. The city won’t run schools. The mayor won’t run the schools.
Eventually a new school district will be created by a school board and not the city. It will not be financed with city funds. It will have its own revenue streams.

What would those revenue streams be if not a new millage on property taxes in St George?
