I believe you are correct here. I have been thinking about this and there was a thread about Taysom Hill yesterday, and it made me realize we didn't restructure him. I don't know if there is a stronger sign of this reset.
Not trading future picks yesterday was a big thing, too.
Now, I don't know how organic this is, but I think the Ram/Latt issues forced their hands. The shitty part was we had to restructure Carr, but we may have dug ourselves out somewhat by 2027.
