Sidebar nobody likely cares about but I used to do work at height training for BNSF railroad in KC. The first time I went they told me hey we have to do our 15 minutes of stretching first. I'm 6' 180 lbs, trail runner in CO, pretty lean and the smallest guy there by a mile. Every one of these dudes looked like a yogi compared to me and frick, I do yoga
Apparently it reduced on job injuries by something like 30% though so that's good

Height training?
Had a normal distribution of heights when I was on the rails although the section/MOW guys were typically above average.
