I don't know, but the shorting is likely. I hope Elon, Trump/Nunes with DJT, and Ryan Cohen with GameStop all go balls deep on the naked shorters. It is long past time for this scam to end.
BTW, you should look into all the companies Mittens Romney shorted and helped to destroy with Bain Capital. Also, companies like Citadel who have used BCG (Boston Consulting Group) to do some shady stuff.

The market isn't fair. It needs massive reforms and legal enforcement. I am hoping that Ken Paxton in Texas will move to protect companies HQd in Texas (Tesla, GameStop, others) and Texas citizens from the shady tactics of the naked shorters.
