Straight rape.

He had a terrible reputation. So lots of actresses would refuse to go to meetings with him alone.

So he would have his female assistant call and set up meetings. And the assistant would insist that she would be at the meeting along with other producers and assistants etc. And that everything was on the up and up.

So the actress would show up to the meeting and knock on the door. And the female assistant would answer the door. And tell the actress that everyone was waiting in the conference room.

Then she assistant would bolt and Weinstein would come out and rape the actress. It was hard core shite.

Another specific claim that I think he got convicted of was when he ended up in an elevator with some random woman. And he attacked her and stuck his fingers in her vagina.

His act started like you talked about. With him just having borderline consensual but manipulative sex with actresses who wanted to climb the ladder. And it basically turned him into a monster.
