There are always going to be "socioeconomic disparities." Does a doctor who went to school for years have to live in the projects? The NFL and NBA are full of black athletes who have a "socioeconomic disparity" from 95% of the posters on this board.
We need society to rise up and smartass this "even steven" bullshite out of society.
All Californians who work should demand full welfare benefits. After all, why should anyone have to work for their money? This certain is a form of disparity.
