This time it'll be different. This time they have 15yr olds they scooped off the street and 55yr olds they grabbed from the coffee shop. They'll get 3 weeks of training and go out there and really kick some arse. Everyone knows that conscripts + cash is all that's needed to win a war. Come on man, it's 2024. We have, like, technology and stuff.

Increased their number of soldiers
Developed new weapons
Gained air superiority
This aid package will do one things hit random targets in Russia that will look bad and Russia will then return the favor.
