How do you know what anybody saw over there? Of all the people I know who got nicked in the whole GWOT shitshow, the one with the most rods, plates and pins in his body was from an AF engineering unit. He was a damn plumber, but his job was to take a chopper or convoy out to FOBs to install shower units for the grunts. He got forced down by small arms on a chopper once, took a round through his tool bag, later got blowed up by an IED. I know at least one 11B who spent a year in Iraq (and he was there for the initial invasion and follow-on) and never fired a round.
Yeah, I've also heard from the "snipers" who somehow never left Bagram, and there are a lot of those assholes, but I've learned not to just make assumptions based on their job title.

What I stated was just because someone wore/wears a military uniform doesn’t mean she/he has valor. Did Beau Biden actually see any conflict? In regards to sniper fire, I spent some time in Croatia back in the 90’s and we took sniper fire occasionally. That doesn’t mean I have valor. Unless you have some info on Beau Biden that I’m unaware of, I will stick by my first statement
