NIL will change with the ruling; players leaving one school for another for more money and doing it again and again, I believe, won't be for long. Eventually, the NCAA or schools, in general, may limit how many NIL deals you receive, how much money you get, etc. The new ruling is wrong for CFB, as you will see more kids doing what that one from Iowa did. He committed to Iowa, switched to Alabama for more money, and then entered the portal again for more money.

They cannot legally do this without collective bargaining or congressional intervention.

You can say it but the court system just made sure that players can get in the magic portal as often as they like. Basketball players are all one and done and most have nothing to do with the NBA draft.

You are seeing football players transfer multiple times even though Kayden Proctor of BAMA fame is such a high profile guy it shocked the football community to just what that looks like.

So far the legal system is undefeated.
