What, in her mind, would you’ve been emptying from your “gun”? Did she think you were unloading it into your garbage can?!? How does that make sense to her?

I'm guessing one of those Shark or Dyson thin long ones. Even that it's a long stretch to mistake that for a gun maybe a toy gun. I bought one for my elderly mother in law because she wanted something light.
