probably 20x as a kid for putting metal shite into 1960s 2-hole non-grounded outlets and before GCFI existed.
as an adult? 1 out of every 5 outlets bites me i try to swap without shutting off the breaker first.

Ding Ding Ding. Me right here. My wife had me swap all new switches and outlets and the fans after the Hurricane. Not lying...I shocked myself 5-6 easy.
