Who was the guy that signed with Tech back in the day? There weren't fax machines, so the LSU coaches tracked down the courier and tore the L.O.I. up and the kid signed with LSU instead?

RP and Josh Booty are the only two that come close. Of course, part of the hype is Shep and part of it is the rise in the # of people following recruiting.

It is really more like Tebow going to Florida. Shepard, like Tebow sounds too good to be true not only on the field but also off of it.
I would imagine our opponents are saying his style of play won't work in the SEC just like we did about Tebow too.
