I havent done it in a couple of years but just a couple of years ago I was going to Juarez about 3 times a month for about 9 months and I don't think they ever stopped me going south. They usually only stopped me for about 30 seconds going north. There is also a sizeable coast line that one could use and finally airstrips. Where there's a dollar to be made somebody is gonna make that dollar...
